Depending on the choice of specialization Computational Sciences Master Study Program graduates will find a career in various companies as well as in academic sphere


Within the study program, students will have the opportunity to participate in solving projects announced by the student grant competition. Not only will they gain scholarship but also the opportunity to participate in current research at T4Innovations, in the first place, and in international conferences or internships.
Thanks to the IT4Innovations membership in PRACE (Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe) and its Summer of HPC program , the students have the opportunity to spend summer in one of the European supercomputing centres.

The talented graduates can pursue their academic career. As its start, they can choose one of the related doctoral study programs offered by our university or other higher education institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad. One of the options is the Computational Sciences Doctoral Study Program guaranteed by IT4Innovations. If students decide to continue with their studies, they will have other opportunities to participate in international seasonal schools and important conferences, or go on internship to universities or research centres abroad.

Experts able to exploit high-performance computing resources in combination with up-to-date informatics, mathematical, and statistical data processing methods will find their career in software companies as well as in companies involved in big data mining, web search engines providers, or analytical departments of banks and other big companies.

Experts able to exploit knowledge of HPC in combination with other fields of study, such as computational mechanics or physics and chemistry, are also highly sought-after by research and development departments of big companies, by mechanical engineering as well as technological companies, and small and medium-sized high-tech companies.

Thanks to thorough language training and opportunity to participate in projects of international teams, it would not have to be difficult for the graduates to find their career in multinational companies.
